Robert Hokum, born 1951 in Ealing, was immersed in the local music scene of the '60s where The Ealing Club came to be known as 'The Cradle of British Rock'. Founder of The Ealing Blues Festival, he has achieved critical acclaim through collaborations with Ealing's ethnic musicians. I caught him at the Red Lion, Brentford - the inspiration for this mixed media artwork.
